Who we are

Nancy Gillen
Managing director
As managing director of Touchline Women's Sport, Nancy Gillen helps world-leading organisations communicate their commitment to women's sport with clarity, authority and purpose.
A former journalist, Nancy is a recognised voice in women’s sport. She was selected as one of the 12 judges for the 2022 BBC Sports Personality of the Year and, in 2024, published La Vie Jamais Racontee: Alice Milliat, a French Heroine and Sporting Suffragette, which was shortlisted for the Vikki Orvice Award for Women’s Sports Writing at the 2025 Sports Book Awards.
Her deep understanding of the women’s sport landscape enables her to help organisations communicate with credibility, navigate a rapidly evolving market and build stronger connections with the audiences and stakeholders that matter most.
